Between our close-knit team we have a wealth of knowledge and experience that we can share with you. You can guarantee we have all learned many lessons from our PPC adventures over the years, and by joining our team those years of wisdom will become yours.
We work with over 30 retailers and charities in the UK and USA. Our clients are really nice people with budgets of all shapes and sizes. Our clients include SpareRoom, Blundstone, Metier, Aspiga, Bombshell HQ, House of Hackney, Rokit Vintage, Mr Central Heating and many more.
Our working environment is fair and healthy and we encourage all of our team members to be themselves. We treat everyone respectfully and with dignity at all times.
PPC blunders happen. Our founder Josephine has had her fair share of them over the years. We do not expect our team members to be perfect and mistakes are embraced as a valuable learning tool. There is no blame culture here.
We believe in working hard and reaping the rewards which is why we share 5% of our company profits equally between our team members every year when we hit our targets.
We provide mental health days each year for our employees along with access to therapy services.
We will provide you with a laptop, monitor, desk, chair and anything else you need to do your best work. We meet in London 2 days per week, so we encourage our employees to have a comfortable home setup.
We have 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and you don’t need to use any holiday days for the Christmas period shutdown.
